The rental contract is signed on the same day of the rental at the port, and explanations regarding the operation and navigation of the boat, areas of special attention, various signaling, and restrictions on anchoring or protection of local biodiversity will be provided on board. The vessel is equipped with all safety and rescue elements such as life jackets, first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, flares, a signaling mirror, a trumpet, and reflectors, in addition to the corresponding documentation and insurance. It will also have the necessary tools for its use, such as a boat hook, anchors, ropes, and all other necessary items to enjoy your outing in our beautiful area. All additional contracted items such as a cooler, ice, or other leisure elements like towables, paddle surf, snorkeling gear, or scooters will also be provided. When making the payment (in cash or by credit card), you must present your ID/passport and the appropriate license for the reserved boat. Failure to present this documentation will result in the loss of the reservation and the amount paid. Fuel consumed is not included in the price. The boat is delivered with a full tank, and upon its return, our employees will refill the tank since the port does not have a gas station. The cost of the liters consumed must be paid at a price of €1.85/liter. A deposit of 850 euros must be left as a guarantee for the proper use of the boat, which will be returned upon the boat's arrival once its correct condition has been verified. This guarantee will become effective on the day of the rental and can be paid in cash or by credit card. We recommend arriving a few minutes before the rental start time for the check-in. In case of arriving late, the elapsed time will be lost by the customer. If you arrive more than an hour and a half later than the departure time without any prior telephone notice, it will be understood that you cancel the reservation, and you will lose the money paid. Please notify us of any incident involving a delay. Delay in returning the boat at the end of its use will imply additional costs for the extra time or even the payment of the following day for the damage caused if another customer's next reservation cannot be carried out correctly.
